<p><span class="ca-1"><font face="宋体">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 初到天回<font face="Arial">小学</font>，是在</font></span><span class="ca-0"><font face="Times New Roman">2003</font></span><span class="ca-1"><font face="宋体">年，我大学生涯的最后一年。当时成都金牛区教育局举办了第一次公招。我因为试讲不优秀，没进入花圃路小学，调配来到了天回小学。</font></span></p>
<p class="pa-1"><span class="ca-1"><font face="宋体">第一次，我认识了张主任，赖主任，林老师。</font></span></p>
<p class="pa-1"><span class="ca-1"><font face="宋体">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在主任办公室，我认识了张主任，赖主任（现在的赖校长）。她们朴素的穿着与打扮，和蔼的态度，热情的接待，至今我还历历在目：赖主任询问我大学学习及生活情况，张主任关心的给我教材，让我写教案。但因为当时教学经验不足（实习的时候只上了一节课），在写教案时，把握不好重，难点，以至于当我的教案给校优秀教师----林老师看时，林老师摇头说不行。当时，张主任给我拿本教参，让我参考后再写，年轻气盛的我却一气之下没修改教案没试讲就离开了天小。（林老师当时是以教师的身份对我的教案进行客观的评价，虽然当时我不是很喜欢他，但在以后的工作中，也得之他是一个工作认识，有激情的老师。这并没影响我们之后的交往。反而我觉得心直口快的人好交往，没心计。）</font></span></p>

<p class="pa-1"><span class="ca-1"><font face="宋体">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在试讲的过程中，曾校长和天小的老师给了我莫大的鼓励（在这以后的工作中，我一有松懈，想起他们的鼓励，又使我信心百倍）。终于我顺利的通过了试讲，获得了这个来之不易的工作岗位。</font></span></p>

<p class="pa-1"><span class="ca-1">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 工作之初，一切都很新奇，一切也很陌生。可爱，纯洁的学生，让我无比的喜欢；但如何教好&ldquo;空白&rdquo;学生，方法却又很陌生。这时候有学校的老师和领导给我指点这条&ldquo;路&rdquo;，让我少走了很多弯路。这让我很感动，他们对我的帮助是无私的，是竭尽全力的。去年陈校长的上任有给天小注入了发展的动力，和老师有了更多的交流：生活，思想，工作。</span></p>
<p class="pa-1"><span class="ca-1">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 有了他们的关心，我怎么不能更加爱我的学生？爱我的学校？爱我的工作？</span><span class="ca-1">说说我在天小的学生吧：这其中有聪明好学的，有勤奋善思的，有关心班级的，</span><span class="ca-0"><font face="Times New Roman">......</font></span><span class="ca-1">还有很喜欢思考问题，动脑筋但上课不能集中精力，成绩不很理想的。他们的问题涉及天文，地理，科幻</span><span class="ca-0"><font face="Times New Roman">......</font></span><span class="ca-1">但他们很喜欢跟我交谈，在交谈中我发现了他们思考问题独特的方法，对未知世界探索的渴望。这些学生是最有达到优秀的可能，但因为一些原因，如父母离异，家庭管教方法不当，影响了他们的学习。如我们班的代友鑫，他就是因为父母离异，平时不爱和班上同学说话，以至于上课不积极回答问题，慢慢的上课就松懈了，不认真听讲了。但其聪明的头脑，活跃的思维在下课之后却能让我大吃一惊。在发现了他的这些问题后，我不时把他叫到身边，检查他的学习情况，不明白或没听到的知识给他补充，完了之后会给他探讨一些宇宙，外星人，甚至他喜欢的游戏，我还为他在学校梦想中心借了一本趣味数学方面的书，他拿到之后爱不释手。之后，我发现经过我和他的这些交流，他不在那么腼腆，能在班上积极回答问题，作业情况也明显好转。我相信他会是我们班学习的佼佼者，生活的乐观者，困难的探索者。</span></p>
<p class="pa-1"><span class="ca-1">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 当然，在我快到</span><span class="ca-0"><font face="Times New Roman">6</font></span><span class="ca-1">年的教学日子中，还有很多不同性格的学生，他们都是聪明的，但他们的智慧因为种种原因没有得到展示。我会更加努力的去清除他们的绊脚石，发现他们的优点，找到他们学习的兴趣，让他们能主动的学习起来。</span></p>
